I am a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner dedicated to helping clients achieve their mental health goals through compassionate, evidence-based care. My clinical approach combines medication management and supportive therapy to address each individual’s unique needs and promote lasting wellness.

I have experience in treating anxiety, depression, ADHD, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, and other trauma-related disorders. I’m committed to providing culturally sensitive, inclusive care for individuals from all walks of life, members of the LGBTQ+ community, and anyone who has ever felt marginalized.
As a dually board-certified Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner, I bring a comprehensive understanding of how physical health impacts mental health, allowing me to provide truly holistic, integrated care.
My goal is to create a safe, respectful environment where you will feel heard, supported, and empowered to take an active role in your treatment and recovery.

JR Beshore, MSN, PMHNP-BC
Nurse Practitioner
As a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, I am dedicated to providing patient-centered care built on trust, respect, and collaboration. I take the time to understand each patient’s unique experiences and needs, creating a safe and supportive environment where they feel heard and valued.
My approach to treatment is thoughtful and evidence-based, often emphasizing behavioral and lifestyle interventions as the foundation for mental wellness. While medication can be an important tool, I take a conservative approach to prescribing; focusing first on strategies such as therapy, nutrition, exercise and other holistic methods to support long-term well-being.
With a strong background in advanced psychiatric care, I am committed to guiding patients toward meaningful and lasting improvements in their mental health. Whether managing anxiety, depression, ADHD, or other concerns, I strive to empower each individual with the tools and knowledge they need to achieve their goals.
I look forward to partnering with you on your mental health journey!

Jaime LeComte, MSN, FNP-BC, PMHNP-C

I am committed to reducing the stigma around mental health and creating a safe, non-judgmental space for individuals to explore and manage their mental health concerns. I welcome people of every background, including those of different cultural, racial, socioeconomic, sexual orientation, gender identity, and belief systems. Each person’s journey is unique, shaped by life experiences, challenges, and values. My approach is rooted in empathy, evidence-based practices, and collaboration to ensure personalized care plans and promote long-term recovery.
In my free time I enjoy hiking, traveling, coffee, and petting all the dogs.

Weichen (Sabrina) Chen, MSN, PMHNP-BC
Nurse Practitioner
Since 2013, I have assisted clients in recognizing how their past affects their present physical and mental health. My goal is to help my clients restore their mental wellness. Working collaboratively, you and I will create a personalized treatment plan to meet your unique needs and circumstances. Because medication can only relieve symptoms and not make one's life better and more meaningful, we will take a holistic approach to your treatment.

I am looking forward to meeting with you so we can work together to help you heal.

Charlisa Davenport, MSN, PMHNP-BC
Nurse Practitioner
I am a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. My goal is focused on empowering individuals and helping them navigate the complexities of life. I believe in building partnerships and creating a safe, nonjudgmental environment. I’m especially committed to providing compassionate, holistic care that is patient centered and based on your unique needs and concerns.

I specialize in providing mental health treatment across the lifespan through psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and brief psychotherapy. While medication can be beneficial in many cases, I truly believe the best approach to treatment also includes a combination of lifestyle modifications, therapy, and assessing social support systems.

I look forward to working together to restore balance to your life and create a positive foundation for your overall mental health and wellness!
