I am a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner dedicated to helping adult clients achieve their mental health goals through compassionate, evidence-based care. My clinical approach combines medication management and supportive therapy to address each individual’s unique needs and promote lasting wellness.

I have experience in treating anxiety, depression, ADHD, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, and other trauma-related disorders. I’m committed to providing culturally sensitive, inclusive care for individuals from all walks of life, members of the LGBTQ+ community, and anyone who has ever felt marginalized.

As a dually board-certified Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner, I bring a comprehensive understanding of how physical health impacts mental health, allowing me to provide truly holistic, integrated care.

My goal is to create a safe, respectful environment where you will feel heard, supported, and empowered to take an active role in your treatment and recovery.

I am a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with a Doctor of Nursing Practice degree and experience working with adults across the lifespan in both outpatient and acute mental health settings. I support patients with a range of concerns, including depression, anxiety, trauma-related conditions, ADHD, and mood disorders.

My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in evidence-based care. I take time to understand each person’s unique experiences and goals, and I work with patients to develop individualized treatment plans. When prescribing medications, I am thoughtful and intentional, aiming to find effective options while minimizing side effects and supporting long-term well-being. I also incorporate brief therapeutic techniques into sessions to help patients build insight, develop coping skills, and feel more empowered.

I am passionate about helping people feel understood and supported as they move toward improved mental health and quality of life. Outside of work, I enjoy hiking, going to concerts, and spending time outdoors with my dogs.

Reaching out for support takes courage! I appreciate the effort it takes to find the right provider and welcome clients who are ready for a compassionate, steady guide as they work toward healing, resilience and a grounded sense of self.

I am a board‑certified Psychiatric–Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with 6+ years of experience. In my role with Reiff Mental Health I support clients across Colorado with evidence‑based, trauma‑informed care. I work with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, burnout, and major life transitions—people who want clarity, stability, and a partner who truly listens. I blend thoughtful assessment with collaborative treatment planning, helping clients define meaningful goals and build plans that fit their lives and values.

My style is grounded, approachable, and transparent. I prioritize clear communication, shared decision‑making, and a therapeutic space where clients feel respected and understood. I know that your life is full and complex so when appropriate, I will coordinate care with your families and loved-ones as well as your other providers to support holistic, long‑term well‑being.

Tabitha Hudson, MSN, PMHNP-BC
Nurse Practitioner

I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner providing virtual care for adults and adolescents across Colorado. My background in inpatient, emergency, and outpatient psychiatry has taught me that good mental health care is about treating the whole person where medications are just part of a successful and lasting treatment plan. Patients who have struggled with side effects or felt “over-medicated” often find my approach steadier and more transparent.

I take a thoughtful, detail-oriented approach to medication management. My goal is to find the safest, most effective treatment plan possible, and one that truly fits you. I review your medication history carefully, watch for potential interactions, and adjust slowly and intentionally.

Together, we will build a plan grounded in evidence, clear education, and mutual respect. You’ll always know why we are using each medication and what to expect. I’m currently accepting new patients for virtual appointments anywhere in Colorado.

I am a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. My goal is focused on empowering patients from across the lifespan and helping them navigate the complexities of life. I believe in building partnerships and creating a safe, nonjudgmental environment. I’m especially committed to providing compassionate, holistic care that is patient centered and based on your unique needs and concerns.

I specialize in providing mental health treatment across the lifespan through psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and brief psychotherapy. While medication can be beneficial in many cases, I truly believe the best approach to treatment also includes a combination of lifestyle modifications, therapy, and assessing social support systems.

I look forward to working together to restore balance to your life and create a positive foundation for your overall mental health and wellness!
