​​The Role:

• Care for patient needs through diagnosing, working with the patient and their family to develop a treatment plan, medication management, and collaborative care with other providers such as therapists and general practitioners

• This role is 100% Telehealth

• Must live and be licensed in Colorado

• Flexible work schedule

• Patient population will be tailored by your preference but may include patients across the life span with a variety of mental health challenges

• Refer patients as needed to complimentary services (e.g. Therapy) or higher levels of care (e.g. IOPs)

 

Knowledge and Skill requirements:

• PMHNP required

• Should enjoy and feel confident practicing independently

• All charting must be completed within 48 hours of an encounter

• Provide compassionate and quality care for all patients

• Emphasis on patient satisfaction with care that is provided

• Adept with medication management of psychiatric conditions

• Outstanding interpersonal and problem-resolution skills

• Maintain all appropriate licensure to prescribe and dispense medications under applicable state and federal laws

• Have excellent grammar, attention to detail, and be efficient at writing medical information at a patient level

• Be pleasant, responsive, and willing to collaborate with our team

• Be patient-centered in your care

• Respond to patient needs in a quick/timely manner

• Strictly follow HIPAA regulations to protect our patients' medical information

Compensation:

• 1099 Independent Contractor Model

• 70/30 split for providers with full licensure

• 60/40 split for providers with a provisional license until they have full licensure

• $175,000.00 - $225,000.00+ per year based on 40 patients per week for 46 weeks per year
