Reiff Mental Health is in-network with:

Reiff Mental Health is NOT in-network with:

  • Denver Health Medical or Elevate Plans​

COPAYS, COINSURNACE, DEDUCTIBLES

  • The patient's portion of an insurance claim is due at the time of service. A valid credit card should be kept on file with Reiff  Mental Health at all times.

Self-pay costs

INITIAL EVALUATIONS

(approximately 60-90 minutes) - $300.00

 

MEDICATION MANAGEMENT (routine follow-ups)

(up to 30 minutes) - $175.00

​

ADDITIONAL SERVICES

(for every 15 min) -$50.00

  • Letter writing

  • Care coordination

  • School consultations

  • Any other additional services

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • There is a $75.00 fee for missed appointments or appointments that are canceled or rescheduled less than 24 hours before the appointment.

  • Most major credit and debit cards

  • HSA cards
